It's pretty much a classic platformer. It uses mobile inputs (virtual joystick and buttons) (intended for mobile devices). You can use the joystick for movement, and either the jump button or the keyboard spacebar to jump. Have fun,

I was enjoying myself with trying to collect all the fruit! Using the jump pads to my advantage was a fun challenge. There are a few graphic bugs where the tiles overlap in unnatural places, but overall, I didn’t find much else to be wrong. I was, however, disappointed to learn that dying sends you back to the first level. I think that’s a bit too punishing on the player, but that’s up for you to decide. Overall, I had a lot of fun with this one!

Excellent suggestions and comments. I would have liked to implement extra lives but I ran out of time. Very helpful commentary that I will implement. Thank you!

I really liked the art style and the music fit pretty well. I liked the animations on the fruits and the enemies. The game played pretty well but I think the levels were too tight. There is an issue when the player character is moving and hits a wall they stick rather than sliding down. Other than that I enjoyed the game. Well done!

Thank you! Great suggestions! The wall sticking is annoying. I'll see about fixing that and spacing.

Maybe the font used in the menus was meant for mobile devices and looks better there but the font was a bit difficult to read on desktop.

The announcement text at the top of the screen looks very bland. A different font and a place card behind it would help. There's some grass sprites that look realistic and don't fit the pixel aesthetic. The player can continually jump if they're touching a wall. Was that intentional?

I agree a place card would be an improvement  for visibility. The wall sticking is a bug I've seen elsewhere and needs to be fixed. I'll see if I can replace  the grass. Limited time meant I used what I could easily find. Thanks for your helpful comments!
